Entrepreneurial Competences of Teachers (ECT) Partner meeting in Kilmarnock, Scotland – 26th April 2009 – 1st May 2009

The ECT Project (Ref: 141802 – LLP-2008-CZ GRUNDTVIG -GMP) is funded under the Lifelong Learning Sub-Programme Multilateral Projects, Networks, and Accompanying measures. The coordinators of the projects are RIC (Re-skilling and Information Centre Ltd.) from the Czech Republic and the partners are from The Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom and Malta. FWE is the Maltese partner. The duration of the project is from the 01/10/2008 – 30/09/2010.

The main objectives of the ECT Project are:

  • Strengthening adults’ self-confidence and promoting their personal fulfillment by developing their cultural awareness and capacity for creative expression
  • Sharing knowledge and disseminating good practice on adult learning opportunities in Europe;
  • Strengthening cooperation between adult education providers, NGOs, civil society, social partners and decision-makers at local, regional, national and European levels.

Maryrose Francica and Kerry Freeman attended the second partner meeting which was held in Kilmarnock, Scotland. The next partner meeting will be held in Malta in October, 2009.
